Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. If anything here is unclear, email support@startuplab24.com.

How to request deletion

You can request that we delete your account in either of these ways:

In the app: go to Profile and select Delete account.
By email: write to support@startuplab24.com from the email address on your account.

What gets deleted

Your account, login credentials, and any documents you've uploaded (degree certificate, transcript, identity document, and photo).

What we retain, and why

Enrollment, payment, and Bar Standards Board application records are course and financial records we're required to keep. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, application and course records are kept for the duration of your course plus 2 years, after which they are deleted or anonymised, except where we are legally required to retain them longer.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 30 days, except for the retained records described above.
